1st experience - Hair stylist didn't even listen to what I wanted and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Fool me once, shame on me.

2nd experience - Used online check-in so that I could get a haircut as soon as I arrived. Walked in 30 minutes after checking in online when i left work and was first in line on the wait screen and had the icon for Online Check In. Hair stylist finishes with a customer, asks if I checked in, i said "yes ma'am, I'm right at the top." And she said okay, you're checked in! Then after she cashes out the customer she just finished, she proceeds to call over the gentlemen in the 2nd spot. After she already has him seated, she looks to me and asks if I was checked in. I told her "I think so" and she walks over and actually checks me in then. Walked out 10 minutes later and didn't even get my haircut. Fool me twice, shame on YOU.
