The manager (per the name tag she wore) was absolutely one of the rudest people I've ever met. My husband is blind and lost his phone. He decided to buy a cheap go phone to replace his lost contract phone, esp since he can hardly use any phone as it is. She treated us like we were poor and just plain stupid. She was young and had too much of an attitude to top it all off. This store has all around poor choice of employees. On the surface they seem helpful, but when we go to a real AT&T retailer (not an "authorized dealer") we have been told numerous times the information we've received from this location was just bogus lies. Never will go here again.
